Healthy eating: how to burn calories
Posted by Cecilia under: Health .
Healthy eating is about the right balance between food and activity. Theoretically we can eat everything, even unhealthy calorie-rich food as long as we answer the superfluous calorie intake with appropriate activities.
Gaining weight is often the combination of eating fatty meals and salty snacks in big amounts with simultaneous immobility. When we eat fatty fast food meals from time to time it’s ok if we do some activity afterwards.
What kind of activities can we do to burn 560 calories from a McDonald’s Big Mac or a Jumbo Cake Muffins?
